1. General Services
Umrah Lane Inc. is a travel agency specializing in Hajj, Umrah, and Ziyarah packages. We act as an intermediary between you (the “Client”) and third-party service providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, transport companies, and visa authorities.
2. Booking and Payments
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate personal information (names as per passport, dates of birth, etc.). Any fees incurred due to incorrect information will be the responsibility of the Client.
Payment: Bookings are only confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received. All payments must be made via our authorized payment gateways. We do not accept cash refunds.
3. Travel Documentation and Visas
- Responsibility: It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and the necessary visas for Saudi Arabia.
- Visa Rejection: While we facilitate visa processing, we do not guarantee visa issuance. In case of rejection, government fees and administrative costs are non-refundable, as detailed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- 4. Health and Insurance
Physical Fitness: Hajj and Umrah can be physically demanding. By booking, you confirm that you (and those you book for) are fit to travel. - Insurance: We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel and health insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
5. Pricing and Variations
- Price Changes: Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel surcharges, or government-imposed taxes/fees in the USA or Saudi Arabia.
- Package Substitutions: In rare cases, if a specific hotel or flight becomes unavailable, Umrah Lane reserves the right to provide a substitute of equal or higher standard.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Your booking is subject to the specific timelines and penalties outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Refunds are processed within 14–45 business days.
Client-initiated cancellations 15 days or less before departure are 100% non-refundable.
7. User Conduct and Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes related to inquiring about or booking travel services.
- Unauthorized use of this website, including “scraping” data or attempting to bypass security features, may give rise to a claim for damages.
8. Limitation of Liability
Umrah Lane Inc. shall not be held liable for:
- Delays or cancellations caused by third-party vendors (airlines, hotels).
- Loss or damage to personal property.
- Personal injury or illness occurring during the journey.
- Events of Force Majeure, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States of America. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Connecticut.
